Julia offers a fantastic service! She looked my auntie's cat, Daisy, at short notice after my auntie was taken into a care home. She has treated Daisy and the whole family with thoughtfulness and understanding and has brought the timid litte cat out of her shell. I can only recommend Julia's services! Thank you so much!

Julia is a great fit for our 4 month old pup doing house visits in the week. She is so wonderful with her and our girl looks forward to her visits with Julia each day. Julia is always happy to accommodate our requests and help wherever she can. We are able to get updates on the app which help put our minds at rest when we can see what our pup is up to each day and can see how she is getting on. We are looking forward to our pup going out on proper walks with Julia soon and being able to join the dog pack when she’s older. As a huge animal lover, I find it really difficult to go away and leave my babies at home. Over the years we have tried many cat sitters but never have I felt so much trust and reassurance as what I did with Julia. I honestly can’t thank her enough for the care she showed my 2 cats whilst away on holiday. I had daily updates and nothing was to much trouble, I arrived home and my girls were not bothered about seeing me which shows they had been truly looked after, fed and lots of attentions and cuddles given. I am so pleased I found milo & Co and without a doubt will be using them again for our next holiday. Thank you again Julia x

I’m absolutely blown away by the professional service offered by Milo&Co. From our initial meet and greet we knew straight away that our 3 cats would be well cared for while we were away.
Julia is not only passionate about caring for animals but she is incredibly organised, professional and thorough.
She arrived when she said she would (unlike other cat sitters we’ve used) and for the first time in a long time we felt completely at ease knowing our fur babies were looked after. We loved receiving all the updates on the app and nothing was too much trouble.

Very happy customer. makes me comfortable while I was away on holiday. Julia provides tracked house visits with the Apps with pictures, videos and details (time stamps). Julia recently looked after our two cats and gerbils whilst we were on holiday and it was just such a pleasure! We got updates and pictures daily of all our pets, but not only that she also looked after our house, kept the gerbil cage and room clean, even cleaned up cat sick! She’s also very professional and absolutely loves animals. We were so happy we will definitely use her services from now on and would recommend to anyone.

We started with Julia @ Milo & Co maybe a month ago now, and it’s the best thing I could have done for Arlo!
I get updates on how his walks go through messages or the app, the dogs he’s been with and how he’s interacted with them. I know he’s having the best time, and I feel confident in Julia and her passion for animals in caring for him.
We had a meet and greet and a selection of solos walks for Arlo to get used to her and so Julia could find out about him and build up a relationship with him. Always very friendly and professional, ticked all the boxes from day one with having the qualifications, answering all my questions and being so informative and passionate. Super happy, and will be keeping Arlo with Milo & Co for a long time!

I chose Julia as she spent alot of time on the initial visit to get to know my pup. My pup is anxious around strangers and she has been patiently working with her, so Lottie has a positive experience on her walks. Julia communicates regularly, so I know exactly what Lottie has been up to. I have also booked her in for dog sitting in the Summer.

Jax, my gorgeous little Shih Tzu meet Julia owner of Milo & Co during an initial meet & greet. Jax took to Julia immediately and greeted her like she was part of the family!! Jax being Jax offered Julia his favourite teddy!! Jax was clearly happy and relaxed in her company, this put me at ease. Julia was lovely and gentle and interacted with Jax throughout. Jax went for his first solo walk today and I was so pleased to be provided with feedback about Jax’s on his walkers via an app/journal this is a nice addition to the services provided and also reassuring. I felt at ease knowing he’s in good hands. Milo & Co is amazing and extremely professional, Julia took time getting to know Jax’s routines, nature, behaviour, etc as part of the meet & greet, It was also reassuring that Milo & Co are fully insured, qualified and DBS checked.. communication is excellent Milo & Co will respond in a timely manner to any queries you may have. It is evident the welfare of your precious pet is paramount, Julia is professional, and passionate about providing top quality services for you as a pet parent as well as your puppy… Jax and I have no hesitation in recommending Julia at Milo & Co to provide the best care for your little four legged darlings!! Teddy had his first walk and house visit with milo and co today after a successful meet and greet. He was an extremely happy boy when I got home and I felt really reassured by the app and photo updates from julia. I chose milo and Co as Julia has all the credentials you could want in a dog walker. She is super trustworthy and professional and has lots of experience with animals. Loved that she is DBS checked for extra reassurance and insured with pet plan. Already been recommending milo and co to friends!
