Dog Walks

are tailored to the individual needs of your pet with tailored routes and lots of love and attention. We will also provide transport for your dog to and from their walks.

Group Walks

are ideal for socialising your dog and providing them with plenty of mental and physical stimulation. We offer fun group walks for up to 4 dogs for 1 hour.

House Visits & Pet sitting 

Our care services allow your pet to enjoy a full day of activities with plenty of play, walks, exploring and lots of love and attention in the comfort of their own home.

Why Milo&Co?

Milo&Co was established in 2021.

In 2019, I welcomed my dog, Milo, into my life when he was just 12 weeks old, and we have been inseparable ever since. Over the past four years, we have explored various walking trails and enjoyed numerous hiking adventures together. Observing Milo's joy in running and discovering his surroundings has been a rewarding experience for me. However, I noticed that many pet owners, due to their busy lifestyles, are unable to provide their pets with similar opportunities for exploration and adventure. This observation inspired me to create a dog walking and pet sitting business, Milo&Co.

I have always had a passion for working with animals. Unfortunately, during the global pandemic, I was unable to fully commit to my business due to my full-time 9 AM to 5 PM job. As a result, we had to temporarily pause operations. At the end of 2022, I developed a comprehensive plan to turn my dreams into reality, which ultimately led to my decision to leave my full-time position and dedicate myself entirely to Milo&Co. I firmly believe that all pets deserve a high level of care and attention at all times.

Will I get a chance to meet my dog Walker/pet sitter ?

Yes - I am pleased to offer a complimentary pre-service visit to all our clients. This informal meeting allows us to discuss your specific requirements and review any completed forms together. It also provides an opportunity for us to meet in person, as well as for me to get acquainted with your pets, ensuring that Milo&Co is the right fit for everyone. A successful pre-service visit will lead to the confirmation of the services you have inquired about.

Who will be walking my dog?

My name is Julia, and I am pleased to introduce myself as your designated dog walker and/or pet sitter. I hold a valid DBS certificate and have successfully completed my qualifications in dog walking and pet sitting. I prioritize the well-being of every pet in my care, treating them as if they were my own and adhering to the highest standards of care.

Are my pet’s securely transported?

Your beloved pet will embark on a journey of pure luxury and comfort in the Milo&Co doggy van, where every detail is designed with their happiness in mind! Each spacious crate is not just secure, but also features its very own fan for gentle breezes and a state-of-the-art air conditioning system to keep them cool and content. Your furry friend deserves nothing less than the VIP treatment, and we’re here to ensure they travel in style and safety!

How many dogs can be walked at a time ?

The number of dogs one is permitted to walk legally varies by location. At Milo&Co, our group walks take place in large fields, woodlands and secure enclosed fields. We accommodate a maximum of six dogs per group to ensure the safety of each dog and to enable effective monitoring of their individual behaviors. Each group is thoughtfully composed based on factors such as breed, age, sex, and temperament.

Do the pet owners need to be present when we pick up/drop off?

No - most of our clients are comfortable with sharing their spare keys/access to the key safe so that their pets are able to be seen to without the owner being at home. 

How much do your services cost?

Every pet is unique, and so are their needs, which is why our costs reflect the personalized care I provide for your beloved companion. I believe that every pet deserves the best, and that's why our prices start as low as £9.00. At Milo&Co, we are deeply passionate about making our services affordable because we want to ensure that every pet parent can access the love and care their furry friends deserve! Your pets are family, and I am here to support you in giving them the exceptional care they need!

What happens in bad weather?

Regardless of weather conditions, Milo&Co remains consistently prepared and ready to serve!

In the event of severe weather warnings, I prioritise the safety of your pets at all times. I will promptly inform all pet owners of any cancellations through our community group chat.

What happens in case of an emergency?

In the rare event of an emergency, rest assured that we will promptly call and notify you. During our initial consultation, we make it a priority to gather all the essential family emergency contact details. If your beloved pet requires veterinary assistance, we will take them to your designated vet or, depending on the situation, to the nearest veterinary practice nearby.
